A) 3 sets NFT:
Dips (rings or stationary)
Handstand Hold/Walk
DB Snatch (4 ea arm)

B) EMOM – 20 mins
3 Power Cleans (135/95)
5 Burpees

* If movements are not finished in the minute, finish the set then sit out the remainder of the set that you overlapped

Score = # of rounds finished w/no overlap

Example: If you don’t finish all the reps in minute 1, finish the movements, sit out minute 2 then start back up on minute 3.
