A) 2 sets
Turkish Get Ups (2 each arm)

B) Teams of 2:
100 Burpee Box Jump Overs
800m Run (or Row) w/Med Ball (both partners run together; one partner holds med ball then switch after 400m)
150  Push Ups
200 Air Squats
800m Run (or Row) w/Med Ball (same as above)

* one partner works at a time (except for the run)
* if rowing, partner holds med ball overhead
