12 Rounds total:

12 Air Squats
12 Sit Ups
12 Pull Ups
12 Lunges
12 Push Ups
12 Double Unders
12 KB Swings
12 Box Jumps
12 Russian Twists
12 Wall Balls
12 Jumping Jacks

End 12th round with 1200m Run (both partners run together)

* Only one partner working at a time
* Breakup movements as needed
* Both partners MUST run 1200m together
