B) For time:
Teams of 2
800m Run*
Then,
50 Weighted OH Lunges (45/25)
50 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)
50 Wall Balls (20/14)
Then,
800m Run*

* Both partners run together
- Split reps as needed
- One partner working at a time
