Set 1 = 5x @ 75%
Set 2 = 3x @ 85%
Set 3 = 1+ @ 95%
* Percentages based off of 90% of 1RM

B) 8-minute AMRAP
3 Deadlifts (275/185)
6 Box Jumps (24/20)
9 Toes to Bar

Rest 2 minutes

C) 8-minute AMRAP
20 Sit Ups
10 KB Walking Lunges (53/35 in each hand)
