Overhead Squats x3

B) For time:
Teams of 2
Buy-In: 2000m Row then,
6 rounds total:
5 Burpees over Bar
7 Front Squats (155/105)
9 Chest to Bar Pull Ups then,
Cash-Out: 800m Run

* Switch every 500m on the row with partner
* Both partners run together at the end; sub rowing if needed
* Partners alternate rounds
