Workout

For time:
Teams of 2
Med Ball Run to bridge and back (~two miles)
2 miles on Assault Air Bike

* Partners run together; one med ball per team; one partner carries med ball during run; switch as needed
* After returning from run, one partner rides the bike while other partner holds med ball locked out overhead. If elbows are not locked out or med ball is resting, partner has to stop the bike; switch as needed
