Workout

A) EMOM - 15 minutes (5 sets each station)
Station 1: 30 Double Unders
Station 2: 5/3 Strict Pull Ups
Station 3: 12 split squats

B) Against a 12-minute running clock:
3 rounds:
10 Toes to Bar
15 SDHP (95/65)
15 Push Press (95/65)
10 Bar-facing Burpees (must face bar)
Then, if time remains before 12 minutes is up, max calories on Assault Air Bike

* Score = calories on bike or total # of reps completed
