A) EMOM - 10 minutes
Snatch x1
* work to a heavy single
* have weights ready

B) "Bull"
Teams of 2
2 rounds total:
200 Double Unders
50 OHS (RX=135/95)(Scaled=95/65)
50 Pull Ups
One mile run (partners run together)

* One partner works at a time except for run
* Split reps as needed
* Scale reps/rounds if needed
