A) 12-minute EMOM
Station 1 - 12 Farmers Carry Walking Lunges (53/35 in each hand)
Station 2 - 10 Seated DB Press (choose doable/challenging weight)
Station 3 - 8 Strict Leg Raises

B) "Widow Maker"
20-minute EMOM
5 Power Cleans (115/75)
5 Push Press (115/75)
5 Push Ups

* If you can't finish all movements in the minute, finish your movements then sit out next minute

* Score = total rounds completed with no penalties
