Workout

A) Take 15 minutes to work to heavy or 1-RM Snatch

B) Teams of 2
1 mile Run w/Med Ball (20/14)
60 Pull Ups
800m Run w/Med Ball
30 Pull Ups
400m Run w/Med Ball
15 Pull Ups

* One med ball per team
* Both partners run together
* Switch med ball w/partner as needed
* Split pull ups as needed but one partner works at a time
