Workout

A) Warm-up
50 Double Unders
50 Sit Ups

B) Teams of 2
For time:
Part #1:
30 Cals Bike while partner does deadlift hold (225/155)
then, partners switch
* If partner drops bar, partner has to stop bike

Once both partners are each done with 30 Cals Bike, then right into:

Part #2: 
4 rounds
15 Deadlifts (225/155)
15 Pull Ups

Then right into:

Part #3:
60 Cals Bike (total)

* One partner working at a time for parts 2 & 3
* Split reps as needed for parts 2 & 3
