Bear Complex (115/75)

Bear Complex set is:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

* Partners alternate rounds (Partner A does odd number; Partner B does even number)
* All rounds to be done unbroken (no more than 3 seconds in between sets)
* If round is not done unbroken, 5 synchronized burpees for both partners

Once Bear Complex is complete, then move immediately into:

100x Alternating Pistols

* Split pistols as needed with partner
* One partner working at a time
