300 pistols / lunges
One mile run
* scale reps as needed

Teams of 2,3,or 4
Run together
One person working at a time

Single person option:
Cut reps in half
Scale run in half
Scale movements
Scale reps

**35 min time cap**

Don't not tear! Stop before this happens!
Be smart with the amount of reps you choose!
