A) 4 rounds 12 min time cap
sled drag backwards 200ft
10x strict legs raises
50 ft handstand walk

B) teams of 2
1 mile run
-Then-
4 rounds
20/15 cal bike
double rack KB hold
-Then-
50 box jumps

- on the mile partners run together
-on the bike one person is on bike then the other holds KB. If Kbs leave rack position the other person must stop pedaling
- on the box stops one person works at a time.
