A) Week 3 - Strict Press
Set 1 = 5x @ 75%
Set 2 = 3x @ 85%
Set 3 = 1+ @ 95%
* Percentages based off of 90% of 1RM

B) 5 rounds
5 Thrusters (115/75)
5 Pull Ups

Then, into

C) 4 rounds
10 Push Press (115/75)
10 Goblet Squats (53/35)

Then, into

D) 3 rounds
15 KB Swings (53/35)
15 Burpees
